Dilly Brunch Pizza

1 Tbsp. butter OR olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 oz. turkey sausage
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 3/4 cups biscuit mix
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup shredded cheddar OR mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3/4 tsp. fresh Dill leaves (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh Chives (or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried)
~ Saute onion in butter (or olive oil) until tender. Stir in meat and tomatoes.
~ Mix baking mix and wheat germ with 1/2 cup water until soft dough forms. Pat dough into greased 12" pizza pan, pushing up at least 1/2" of dough around edge of pan.
~ Spread meat and vegetable mixture over dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
~ Beat together milk, eggs, sea salt, pepper, and Dill until foamy. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with chives.
~ Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
